Strawberry Sorbet Recipe

Recipe: Strawberry Sorbet

Utensils:

  1. Knife / Cutting board
  2. A saucepan
  3. A mixing bowl
  4. A blender

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup of natural sugar
  2. 3 cup of water
  3. 5 cups of fresh or frozen strawberries
  4. 2 Tbsp of lemon juice

Instructions:

  1. Prep strawberries by washing and removing leafy parts.
  2. Boil the water and natural sugar until the sugar dissolves into a sugary syrup. Turn the pot off and allow the syrup to cool.
  3. Pour the strawberries, lemon juice and sugary syrup into the blender.
  4. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  5. Put the smooth mixture into a freezer safe container.
  6. Freeze the mixture for at least six hours and then enjoy.
