Recipe: Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Utensils:

  1. Blender
  2. Measuring Cup

Ingredients:

  1. ½ cup of oats or oatmeal
  2. 2 peeled bananas
  3. 2 tbsp of peanut butter
  4. 1 tbsp of maple syrup
  5. 1 tbsp of flaxseed or chia seeds
  6. 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  7. 1 tsp of ground cinnamon
  8. 1 cup of almond or oat milk

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to the blender as listed, blend and enjoy!
