Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats Recipe

Recipe: Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats

Utensils:

  1. Measuring Cups
  2. Mason Jar (16 Oz or larger)
  3. Cutting Board or a space to mash the banana
  4. Knife or Spoon (to cut the banana)

Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup of Oatmeal
  2. 1 Cup of Milk
  3. 1 Tbsp of Flax Meal or Chia Seeds
  4. ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
  5. 1 Tbsp of Pure Maple Syrup
  6. 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  7. 1 Ripe Banana (either cut into slices or mashed)

Instructions:

  1. Place the ingredients in a Mason Jar and stir.
  2. Cover the jar, place it in the refrigerator and store overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours.
  3. Remove and enjoy!
