Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats Recipe

Recipe: Peanut Butter and Banana Overnight Oats
Utensils:
- Measuring Cups
- Mason Jar (16 Oz or larger)
- Cutting Board or a space to mash the banana
- Knife or Spoon (to cut the banana)
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup of Oatmeal
- 1 Cup of Milk
- 1 Tbsp of Flax Meal or Chia Seeds
- ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 Tbsp of Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Ripe Banana (either cut into slices or mashed)
Instructions:
- Place the ingredients in a Mason Jar and stir.
- Cover the jar, place it in the refrigerator and store overnight or for at least 6 to 8 hours.
- Remove and enjoy!
