Recipe: Keto Breakfast Roll Ups
Utensils:
- Oven cookie sheet or baking pan
- Parchment paper
- Frying pan
- Mixing Bowls
- Measuring Cups
Ingredients:
- 10 Eggs
- ½ lb of ground sausage
- 10 slices of mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash (*optional)
- Teaspoon of butter (to grease the cookie sheet beneath the mozzarella slices)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 400℉.
- In a large frying pan, cook sausage all the way through and then cook the scrambled eggs in the same pan. (Add a teaspoon of Mrs. Dash to the eggs.)
- Once completed, set the sausage and eggs aside.
- Place the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Grease the paper with butter. Top the paper with the mozzarella slices.
- Bake the slices for 5–6 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Remove the slices from the oven and allow them to cool down.
- Once cooled, divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese, roll and enjoy.
