Recipe: Keto Breakfast Roll Ups

Utensils:

  1. Oven cookie sheet or baking pan
  2. Parchment paper
  3. Frying pan
  4. Mixing Bowls
  5. Measuring Cups

Ingredients:

  1. 10 Eggs
  2. ½ lb of ground sausage
  3. 10 slices of mozzarella cheese
  4. 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash (*optional)
  5. Teaspoon of butter (to grease the cookie sheet beneath the mozzarella slices)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400℉.
  2. In a large frying pan, cook sausage all the way through and then cook the scrambled eggs in the same pan. (Add a teaspoon of Mrs. Dash to the eggs.)
  3. Once completed, set the sausage and eggs aside.
  4. Place the parchment paper on the baking sheet. Grease the paper with butter. Top the paper with the mozzarella slices.
  5. Bake the slices for 5–6 minutes or until the edges start to brown. Remove the slices from the oven and allow them to cool down.
  6. Once cooled, divide sausage and eggs evenly among the slices of cheese, roll and enjoy.
