Recipe: Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups
Utensils:
- Measuring cups
- Knife and Cutting board
- Mixing bowl
- Muffin tin
- Muffin / Cupcake Baking Cups
Ingredients:
- Assorted Mixed Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries, Mangoes, etc)
- 1 Cup of Oatmeal
- ¼ cup of Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup of Maple Syrup
- 3 or 4 teaspoons of yogurt or Greek Yogurt
Instructions:
- Cut your fruit into small pieces.
- Add your Oatmeal, Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup to make a granola base.
- Line your muffin tin with your baking cups. Add about 1–2 tablespoons of the granola to each cup to make the base.
- On top of the granola base add about 3–4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
- Add the fruit on top of the yogurt.
- Freeze for at least two hours and enjoy!
