Recipe: Frozen Yogurt Fruit Cups

Utensils:

  1. Measuring cups
  2. Knife and Cutting board
  3. Mixing bowl
  4. Muffin tin
  5. Muffin / Cupcake Baking Cups

Ingredients:

  1. Assorted Mixed Fruit (Strawberries, Blueberries, Mangoes, etc)
  2. 1 Cup of Oatmeal
  3. ¼ cup of Peanut Butter
  4. ¼ cup of Maple Syrup
  5. 3 or 4 teaspoons of yogurt or Greek Yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Cut your fruit into small pieces.
  2. Add your Oatmeal, Peanut Butter and Maple Syrup to make a granola base.
  3. Line your muffin tin with your baking cups. Add about 1–2 tablespoons of the granola to each cup to make the base.
  4. On top of the granola base add about 3–4 tablespoons of Greek yogurt.
  5. Add the fruit on top of the yogurt.
  6. Freeze for at least two hours and enjoy!
