What is it? How to Start a Successful Food Truck Business: Quit Your Day Job and Earn Full-time Income on Autopilot with a profitable Food Truck Business Even if You’re an Absolute Beginner is a practical guide for people interested in launching this kind of business. This book was copyrighted in 2022 by Andrew Hudson and Walter Grant. Grant is a successful entrepreneur and Hudson is the foodpreneur that has opened many successful food trucks. Together they team up to share their experience and expertise with like minded readers.
What I learned — Reading this book was like having a caring and accomplished mentor explain the good, bad and ugly of the food truck business before you enter it. This book encourages the reader to set realistic goal profit margins, prepare for the legal requirements, provides guidance for business plans, bookkeeping tips, expected costs, fundraising resources, marketing insights, job descriptions and shares many other helpful tools.
How I will seek to apply — I am so grateful for the work done by Grant and Hudson. This will be a roadmap to my own food truck business plan. These two laid a great foundation for foodpreneurs that desire to launch similar brands.
