- How did your passions when you were a child prepare you for your career as an adult? — Middleton shared that she enjoyed being creative and doing things with her hands. She is a seamstress and she went to the Art Institute of Atlanta for Fashion Design and she applied that creativity and passion to being a puppeteer.
- What do they love the most about your job? — Middleton shared that she loved the creativity that it brings out her. She also loves encouraging people.
- What is the biggest challenge in your career? — Middleton communicated that she doesn’t like when things do not go according to plan. She advises the need to remain strong during those moments.
- Based on what you know now about your vocation, what advice would you give to yourself if you could go back to the first day of the job? — Middleton communicated the need for practice and having a shared vision for the performance. She shared the importance of being on one accord and the puppeteer team moving in the same direction.
