  3. How did your passions when you were a child prepare you for your career as an adult? — Middleton shared that she enjoyed being creative and doing things with her hands. She is a seamstress and she went to the Art Institute of Atlanta for Fashion Design and she applied that creativity and passion to being a puppeteer.
  4. What do they love the most about your job? — Middleton shared that she loved the creativity that it brings out her. She also loves encouraging people.
  5. What is the biggest challenge in your career? — Middleton communicated that she doesn’t like when things do not go according to plan. She advises the need to remain strong during those moments.
  6. Based on what you know now about your vocation, what advice would you give to yourself if you could go back to the first day of the job? — Middleton communicated the need for practice and having a shared vision for the performance. She shared the importance of being on one accord and the puppeteer team moving in the same direction.
