Recipe: Apple Pie Oatmeal

Utensils:

  1. Measuring Cups
  2. 2 Large Mixing Bowls
  3. Rectangular baking dish
  4. A spoon or whisk to stir the ingredients
  5. Cutting board or area designated to dice the two apples
  6. Knife for cutting the apples

Ingredients

  1. 2 Cups of Rolled Oats or Dry Oatmeal
  2. 1 tsp of baking powder
  3. 1 tsp of cinnamon
  4. 1 tsp of nutmeg
  5. ¼ tsp of salt
  6. 1 ¾ cups of Almond Milk
  7. ⅓ cups of Pure Maple Syrup
  8. 2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract or imitation vanilla
  9. 2 medium apples, diced
  10. ½ cup of chopped pecans (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375℉ and line your baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In the first bowl mix your dry ingredients and set aside. (Oats, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Salt )
  3. In the second bowl add the wet ingredients. (Almond Milk, Pure Maple Syrup and Vanilla) Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix them together.
  4. Add your apples (and pecans if desired) and mix all ingredients together.
  5. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown delicious (GBD).
  6. Take out of the oven, allow the oatmeal to cool for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!
