Recipe: Apple Pie Oatmeal
Utensils:
- Measuring Cups
- 2 Large Mixing Bowls
- Rectangular baking dish
- A spoon or whisk to stir the ingredients
- Cutting board or area designated to dice the two apples
- Knife for cutting the apples
Ingredients
- 2 Cups of Rolled Oats or Dry Oatmeal
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1 tsp of nutmeg
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 ¾ cups of Almond Milk
- ⅓ cups of Pure Maple Syrup
- 2 teaspoon of pure vanilla extract or imitation vanilla
- 2 medium apples, diced
- ½ cup of chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 375℉ and line your baking pan with parchment paper.
- In the first bowl mix your dry ingredients and set aside. (Oats, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Salt )
- In the second bowl add the wet ingredients. (Almond Milk, Pure Maple Syrup and Vanilla) Pour your wet ingredients into your dry ingredients and mix them together.
- Add your apples (and pecans if desired) and mix all ingredients together.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown delicious (GBD).
- Take out of the oven, allow the oatmeal to cool for at least 5 minutes and enjoy!
