Recipe: Creamy Crab and Cucumber Salad

Utensils:

  1. Knife for cutting cucumber
  2. Measuring Spoons
  3. One large mixing bowl
  4. Cutting board
  5. A large Tupperware bowl to hold the salad

Ingredients:

  1. 3 Cucumbers
  2. 1 Red Onion (Diced)
  3. 16 oz of imitation crab (Cut into small diced pieces or shredded)
  4. ½ cup of Sour Cream
  5. 2 Tablespoons of Dukes or Hellman’s Mayo
  6. 2 teaspoon of sugar
  7. 2 Tablespoons of White Vinegar
  8. 1 Tablespoon of Dill Weed
  9. ½ teaspoon of salt
  10. ¼ teaspoon of garlic powder

Instructions:

  1. Clean your cucumbers and onions. Dice the cucumbers, onion and imitation crab and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix the remaining ingredients into the bowl.
  3. Pour the salad into the Tupperware container, refrigerate for at least an hour and enjoy!
